Tasks and Responsibilties
- The unit opens registration for fourth-year (graduation) projects across the faculty—open only during the first two weeks of the semester
- After registration, the unit reviews submitted projects to select the best ones—specifically ensuring they are innovative and not repetitive across departments or previous years.
- The unit liaises with the University's Project Management Unit to secure funding for significant projects that contribute to sustainable community development.
- At the end of the academic year, the unit collects and archives both digital (soft) and printed (hard) copies of graduation projects, serving as reference material for future students.
- The unit requests each department to nominate its top three projects. From these submissions, the unit chooses the overall top three projects for the entire faculty.
