Tasks and Responsibilties

  1. The unit opens registration for fourth-year (graduation) projects across the faculty—open only during the first two weeks of the semester
  2. After registration, the unit reviews submitted projects to select the best ones—specifically ensuring they are innovative and not repetitive across departments or previous years.
  3. The unit liaises with the University's Project Management Unit to secure funding for significant projects that contribute to sustainable community development.
  4. At the end of the academic year, the unit collects and archives both digital (soft) and printed (hard) copies of graduation projects, serving as reference material for future students.
  5. The unit requests each department to nominate its top three projects. From these submissions, the unit chooses the overall top three projects for the entire faculty.
