Prof. Dr. Ghazy M.R. Assassa, the Chief Information Officer ‹‹CIO›› said that in the frame of providing the scientific databases for researchers and students in Benha University, the University invites faculty members, researchers and students to attend a workshop about ‹‹Introduction to the Egyptian Knowledge Bank›› that will be held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of the University on Wednesday, 16/03/2016, 10:00am at the Great Hall of Celebrations.

The Department of Libraries and Information at Benha University will hold the 1st Scientific Conference for Libraries and Information under the title of “the Challenges of the University Libraries in the 3rd Millennium” in the duration from 24/11/2015 to 25/11/2015 at the Great Conferences Hall under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President; Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs; and Prof. Dr. Osama Hamed, the Head of the Department.
